Since 2023, Adamah’s Climate Action Fund has awarded $1,846,533 ($1,276,593 in interest-free loans and $569,940 in matching grants).
Combined there are 79 projects being implemented by Jewish organizations to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions by approximately 3851 metric tons annually, the equivalent of 50 tanker trucks’ worth of gasoline. This amounts to a savings of approximately $1,307,740 a year in operating expenses.
The next deadline for applications to Adamah’s Climate Action Funds is April 16, 2026.
Adamah’s partnership with the Jewish Solar Challenge’s $50,000 matching solar grants, brought meaningful funds to current Coalition members and opened the door to new organizations. JSC recipients will join the Coalition if they are not members already, and Adamah will support them with the broad range of Coalition resources in taking meaningful climate action beyond solar. This year six JSC awardees were already members, and Adamah is excited to welcome three new members to the Coalition.
