Adam’s collaborative approach connects people, planet, and purpose. A 20-year partner in Adamah’s growth and former General Manager at Isabella Freedman, he helps translate big ideas into grounded strategies that inspire investment and impact.

Chief Finance and Administration Officer

David started at Hazon in 2006 and staffed over 40 bike rides for Hazon before transitioning to the Director of Data and Analytics and then to Adamah CFO. After 15 years in Manhattan, David and his family moved to Philadelphia in summer 2020.

Eve is a 30+year hospitality industry veteran and non-profit leader having worked with Hershey Entertainment, Hyatt, Habitat for Humanity, and 15+ food operations. Eve is certified by the National Restaurant Assn. and a graduate of Johns Hopkins U.

Jakir Manela

President & CEO of Adamah

Jakir has dedicated his entire career to the Jewish environmental movement. His early years as a Jewish outdoor experiential educator and organic farmer laid the foundation for his leadership as Pearlstone CEO starting in 2012, through the merger with Hazon in 2022 that led to the formation of Adamah. Jakir is deeply inspired by our amazing team and the holy work happening every day. He is a proud ADVA alum, activist, advocate, public speaker, and most importantly, Aba of four boys, who keep him grounded and focused on the more important things in life.

Chief Community Impact Officer

Jodi is passionate about helping organizations and communities re-imagine what’s possible. Outside of work, she loves being offline at her cabin in North Georgia or growing dahlias at a local community garden.

Rabbi Jacob Siegel

Chief National Programs Officer

Jacob has spent the past decade leading initiatives to bring Jewish wisdom to bear on the pressing issues of our time. He helped Adamah launch the Jewish Climate Leadership Coalition and published a book on Judaism and responsible investing.

Yoni Stadlin

Chief Program Officer

From 2008-2021, Yoni Stadlin served as founding director of Eden Village Camp, the Jewish environmental sleepaway camp. Yoni’s recognitions include the Covenant Foundation’s Pomegranate Prize and Jewish Week’s “36 under 36”, and he holds an MA in Informal Jewish Education from JTS. He has traveled extensively as an environmental educator and activist. Yoni lives in Philadelphia with his wife and two children.
