Hunter was born and raised in Texas, and recently finished an MA/MBA program from Brandeis University. Hunter enjoys language (self-taught Hebrew speaker, learning Arabic and Spanish), music, and the outdoors.

Isaac is deeply passionate about cultivating Jewish education that is meaningful to all people and imbued with the ethical demands of Jewish values and peoplehood. Isaac graduated from Tel Aviv University with a degree in Jewish Studies and Philosophy and attended the Pardes Institute in their Beit Midrash Program. Born and raised in Baltimore and now based in Brooklyn, he loves connecting to our planet through hiking and camping, as well as learning Torah, and practicing Jiu Jitsu.

Jakir has dedicated his entire career to the Jewish environmental movement. His early years as a Jewish outdoor experiential educator and organic farmer laid the foundation for his leadership as Pearlstone CEO starting in 2012, through the merger with Hazon in 2022 that led to the formation of Adamah. Jakir is deeply inspired by our amazing team and the holy work happening every day. He is a proud ADVA alum, activist, advocate, public speaker, and most importantly, Aba of four boys, who keep him grounded and focused on the more important things in life.

Kingsley holds a degree in Strategic Communications and uses those skills to lead his team and provide excellent customer-driven service. He has served our guests at Pearlstone for over a decade, first as a volunteer and then working his way up through the Retreat Services Department. A dedicated member of the MOD team, he enjoys providing a safe and comfortable place for our guests to retreat.
