Adamah Climate Week Fellowship
Adamah is piloting a unique leadership opportunity: a fellowship for New York Climate Week.
The Adamah Climate Week Fellowship is a personal and professional development opportunity for 10 leaders and professionals from the Jewish community passionate about climate and sustainability, ranging from high school and college to career professionals to retirees.
The fellowship will bring together a cohort of current and upcoming leaders in the Adamah network who are passionate about climate.
We are piloting the fellowship this year, and invite you to join us on the journey as we develop and grow this exciting new program

Who is this Fellowship for?
What does the Fellowship entail?
The Adamah Climate Week Fellowship cohort experience includes:
- Kickoff meeting with Adamah staff
- Admission to key Adamah events during New York Climate Week
- Adamah support curating your Climate Week experience
- Financial support to cover fees for select Climate Week sessions
- A debrief meeting to harvest learning and networking
- Participants featured in national Adamah comms
- Introductions to climate week leaders in the Adamah network
- A $250 stipend

Where and when is the commitment?
Adamah’s Climate Week Fellowship will take place in NYC during Climate Week September 20-27, 2026, including several Adamah events. Below are three of these events, with more on the horizon:
- 1:1 virtual meeting with Rabbi Jacob Siegel, Adamah’s Chief National Programs Officer
- Fellowship kickoff dinner, Tuesday, 9/22 (midtown, 7pm drinks and 7:30pm dinner)
- The Jewish Climate Reception, 9/23 from 12-3pm in partnership with Jewish Climate Trust, at UJA-Federation of New York
- Reducing Risk, Building Resilience 9/23 with Adamah NY from 6-8pm,. at the Marilyn Meyerson JCC
- Virtual debrief gathering (early October, time and date TBD)
