This daylong retreat invites Jewish adults ages 55+ to step away from the pace of everyday life and enter into sacred relationship with the natural world. Through guided reflection, Jewish teachings, solo time in nature, and contemplative practices, participants will explore how nature can support the transition from older adult to elder.
Jewish adults age 55 and older who are interested in spirituality, nature, reflection, and exploring the journey of elderhood. No prior experience in hiking, meditation, or Jewish study is necessary. The retreat is designed to be accessible and contemplative rather than strenuous. Participants should be able to walk one mile on hiking trails. Bring your own lunch.
