After a busy month of High Holidays, the Hebrew month of Cheshvan gives us space to slow down. It is the time when we slowly integrate all that we have experienced and find our equilibrium. Join Adamah NY for a Cheshvan nature walk at Sands Point Preserve. We’ll explore the wooded area, find stillness, and connect in community.
