ReTreat Yourself! Camp Ramah in California Edition

A Retreat for Jewish Communal Professionals
Forge meaningful relationships with colleagues in your region while engaging with powerful religious and spiritual practice and Jewish learning.

Step into a palace in time with other Jewish communal professionals from your region. Celebrate a spiritual, meaningful, relaxing Shabbat full of rest, movement and singing in an idyllic setting.
Participants will emerge with a broader network of friends and allies in the field, new Jewish wisdom sources for inspiration, and renewed motivation, passion, and commitment to their work. We will talk, sing, pray, move our bodies indoors and outside, eat delicious food, rest, laugh, and reflect.
Friday, June 5 – Sunday, June 7, 2026
Camp Ramah at 385 Fairview Rd, Ojai, CA 93023
This retreat experience is fully funded for eligible participants! A $180 fully refundable deposit is required to demonstrate your commitment. Travel expenses to/from the retreat are not covered.

Delia Cooper
Delia has been offering yoga and crystal bowl sound baths for over eight years, creating experiences that support strength, mindfulness, relaxation, and deep restoration. Her yoga journey began in 2006 after discovering the practice’s ability to heal running-related injuries, and what began as a workout and stretch practice quickly evolved into a meaningful mind-body-spirit path. She has completed over 500 hours of yoga teacher training and has co-led five 200-hour yoga teacher trainings.
Delia loves teaching Vinyasa Flow – from strong, dynamic classes to slower, more gentle and restorative practices. By linking breath, movement, and mindfulness, she helps students cultivate clarity, compassion, and a deeper connection to themselves and others. Alongside yoga, Delia offers crystal bowl sound baths featuring bowls attuned to 432 Hz, often called the “natural” or “Earth” frequency for its grounding, peaceful quality. This sound vibration can support nervous system regulation, relaxation, emotional balance, and a sense of harmony and well being.
When she’s not teaching in the SF Bay Area, Delia finds renewal in nature – hiking, skiing, camping, and soaking in the healing energy of alpine lakes – deeply nourished by the healing power of nature.
