Build a dreidel and a chanukiah out of repurposed waste and natural materials found on the Pearlstone campus and enter our first annual homemade dreidel competition! Enjoy latkes over the fire and participate in an important mitzvah with The Network for Mitzvah Month to ensure our community stays warm and safe this winter.
For an extra fee, explore food preservation as we learn to preserve summer’s abundance and prepare for winter by learning about food preservation. Participants will practice techniques that will increase self-reliance and can decrease our carbon footprint by increasing reliance on locally grown produce.
Sundays on the Farm at Pearlstone brings together unique nature connected activities, Jewish ritual crafts & cooking, and seasonal programming on the farm and in the forest.
In 2026, we will also offer optional skill-building workshops as part of Sundays on the Farm that will help participants increase their self-reliance, survival skills, and sustainable practices.
