David Resnick
David L. Resnick, Managing Partner at Wood Lily Advisors LLC, is a veteran leader in global restructuring and investment banking, with past roles including President of Third Avenue Management and Chairman of Global Financing Advisory at Rothschild Inc. He previously held senior positions at Peter J. Solomon Company, Lazard Frères & Co., and Merrill Lynch. Resnick has served on the boards of Corporate Risk Holdings, Affinion Group, and Reichhold Holdings, and currently serves on the Boards of UJA-Federation of New York, The Jewish Museum, the Charles H. Revson Foundation and Atra: Center for Rabbinic Innovation, having recently completed his term on Wesleyan University’s Board. A recipient of the Harvey R. Miller Award for service to the restructuring industry, he holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Chicago and a B.A. with High Honors from Wesleyan University.
