Mark retired in March 2025 after more than 21 years as COO/CFO of The Associated: Jewish Community Federation of Baltimore, where he oversaw core operational functions and helped establish initiatives such as the Green Loan Fund—now operated by Adamah—and the Baltimore Environmental Sustainability Network (BESN) which serves as the Baltimore hub for Adamah and the Associated. A longtime leader in both the Jewish and broader nonprofit sectors, Mark previously held senior roles in healthcare and education and has served in numerous volunteer leadership positions, including Board Chair of Beth Tfiloh and currently the Baltimore Tree Trust, among others.
