Noa Rudisch

Noa began as a JYCM leader, then became a Youth Empowerment intern, and later took the initiative to launch an Adamah on Campus chapter at William & Mary. She is a natural leader—outgoing, confident, and unafraid to ask questions or speak up. She’s currently working to implement a composting program at her campus Hillel and will spend Spring 2026 at the Arava Institute in Israel as an agroecology intern. Noa has also attended two of our Shabbatonim.
