Adamah offers a trajectory of leadership experiences for our youngest leaders, from teenage years through young adulthood. We provide training, resources, and mentorship, empowering them to engage their peers and communities in Jewish environmental learning and climate action.
Adamah Youth Movement – Teens
The Adamah Youth Movement is a leadership incubator growing Jewish teens into leaders for our people and our planet. The Adamah Campus Network is empowering a joyful, resilient generation of Jewish leaders on college campuses. Both programs provide leadership training, Jewish learning, and community building for the next generation.
Adamah on Campus – College Students
Cultivating vibrant Jewish campus life through community-building, Jewish environmental education, immersive experiences, and climate action.
Adamah Farm Fellowship – Young Adults in 20s & 30s
The Adamah Farm Fellowship is a 3-month program for adults in their 20s & 30s that integrates organic agriculture, farm-to-table living, Jewish learning, community building, social justice, and spiritual practice.
The Shamati Initiative – Jewish Educators
Shamati is a program designed to provide Jewish educators with tools to support young people grappling with climate change, and to materially and spiritually resource the educators themselves. Multiple Shamati Educator Cohorts and dozens of community workshops have reached 400 Jewish educators nationwide.
