We invite our extraordinary community to lean into the connections between Earth Day and Passover and gather with us for an afternoon of stewardship and connection.
Come for community, stewardship, and the chance to take in the Michigan Spring weather. We hope to see you there!
We will come together for a Jewish environmental learning circle (2:00-2:30) before jumping into land stewardship volunteer activities (2:30-4:00).
The Nature Center Team will welcome us to their beautiful space, and we will help prepare the land for the Summer Season to come. There will also be a vendor market available to explore before and during our program.
After our Jewish environmental learning circle, individuals will be able to self-select their next stop from various stewardship activities. Individuals of all ages and accessibility levels will be able to find an activity suitable to their skills. Stewardship activities will include landscaping, invasive species removal, overgrowth cutting and more.
