Building the next generation of Jewish leaders

Adamah programs are designed to support young leaders who can develop their leadership skills while growing deeper connections to Judaism and the Earth and change the trajectory of the climate crisis.

Jewish Youth Climate Movement

Adamah’s Jewish Youth Climate Movement is led by Gen Z climate leaders all over the country. Backed by the resources and support of Adamah, this next generation of Jewish leaders drive collective action toward climate justice, from organizing teach-ins and community action days, to founding their own local kvutzot (chapters) of the movement.

Adamah on Campus

Adamah on Campus combines climate activism with Jewish tradition, identity, culture, and values to build community among Jewish students passionate about climate justice. In the wake of increasing climate disasters and anti-Semitism, young Jews know intimately the anxieties and challenges of growing up in a world rife with injustice and an uncertain future.

Fire Circle Rites of Passage

During this monthly experience, we will awaken our senses in the outdoors, learn about nature, and connect to our roots through storytelling, food, fire, music, and ancient sacred skills. Each month, we focus on a different wilderness or farm skill.
