The Hakhel Tour opened my eyes, heart and mind to an Israel I’d never seen before. We heard an empowered and hopeful narrative about healing society by weaving community. The territory comes with it’s own language. Below are some new additions to my vocabulary.

Kehillatanut – communitarianism, focusing on community and society, prioriting group goals over individual goals
