Boulder’s Tuv Ha’aretz CSA is offering a series of cooking classes taught by Jessica Hersh of Sweet Pea Cuisine and other CSA members.
Fermenting/Pickling – Thursday, August 30th, 7:00 – 8:30 PM
Bread Making – Sunday, October 14th, 4-6 PMRescheduled to Sunday, October 28th, 4-6 PM
Cheese Making – TBD
Classes will be held in the dairy kosher kitchen at Congregation Bonai Shalom, Boulder.
Classes are free for Tuv Ha’aretz members and for others $7/class or $18 for all three.
